Made using local homespun Kilcarra yarn which is then loomed into this beautiful heavyweight Donegal Aran Sweater. The looming process really brings out the honeycomb stitch that almost resembles the blackberry stitch. Made by Rossan Knitwear who are third generation makers of knitwear based in the beautiful area of Malinmore County Donegal. Very few manufacturers in Ireland are using the looming process.
